Sure we all want those sexy abs, toned legs and flab-less arms that all of our favorite models are currently flaunting on their vacations to exotic islands. I.E. Alessandra Ambrosio, Jordan Dunn, Lily Aldridge, Sara Sampaio and Taylor Hill.
So, let’s start fresh for the new year and get our bodies back into shape!
Spend about 15 minutes on the treadmill switching back and forth between one minute sprinting and 30 second walking interval periods. Repeat until you hit the 15 minute mark.
ABS AND ARMS:
Don’t forget to cool down and stretch!!!
